„Every scamp shall now sit behind his desk“. This greek saying, widely used to designate times when things get serious, applies very well to the Fall season. Scamps are also students released from their obligations, who, at the end of the summer, have to return to them.
But when the student returns to the classroom, so does the teacher, and so does the training centre… Particularly if any of its professionals are training to achieve and gain new certifications.
This is also the case at Bavaria’s Eckert
Schulen, a large centre for adult education that has already been the subject
of a prior article. The institution is continuing to take the methodical steps
that will award it the official ECo-C Training Centre status. And, since this
institution is as commited to providing high standards of quality as IPKeurope itself, the steps are taken with
meticulous attention to detail, in a determined progression.
In October, for instance, Eckert Schulen trainers will be attending workshops under the aegis of Andrea Eisert, Master Trainer of ECo-C Germany. Eventually, these will lead to the trainers becoming certified to teach. Simultaneously, the institution’s sales and marketing departments are learning about the sales points of the certificate, the better to integrate it among the organisation’s other offerings and market it to potential students and other interested parties.
At length, the institution will officially be awarded an ECo-C license on Certification Day, thus concluding the process on the side of the two institutions. Then it will be up to the students to attend, learn, and spread the word further.
